  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.


🚚 Shipping Time & Rates

  • Standard delivery within the U.S. takes 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination.

  • Free shipping may be available on select items or during promotional periods.


🌍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


🔁 Order Tracking

  • All orders come with tracking.

  • You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


📦 Packaging

  • All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Large or fragile equipment may arrive in multiple boxes and may require a signature upon delivery.


Delivery Issues

Please contact us immediately at omniaccess.hub.services@gmail.com if:

  • Your package is delayed or lost

  • You receive a damaged or incorrect item

  • You need to change your shipping address (within 12 hours of placing your order)


📭 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.
